The property is in move-in condition. The place is curated and staged to comfortably sleep five guests. All guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and features a patio porch. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen size bed the other guest room has a twin bed and each room features a Smart TV of its own, and share a hallway bathroom. The family room is outfitted with a large Smart TV for your entertainment. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with cooking essentials. There is a dining area that seats six and a breakfast bar for three. Guests are welcome to make use of the grill and fenced patio. Parking is available on the driveway and accommodates 2 vehicles. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply.  A 5% discount is applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification.
